Mercedes-Benz coupés have always offered a particular blend of comfort, refinement and performance. Elegant and compact with a low roofline, the two door pillarless coupe proved an instant success for Mercedes.Performance is provided by the 2,962cc straight six engine with 24 valves. As such the 300CE was no slouch, recording, via its standard automatic gearbox a 120mph + maximum speed and 0-60mph in less than 9 seconds. These stylish coupés proved highly popular and still look as fresh and stylish as the day it rolled off the production line.Finished in dark metallic blue with a beige leather interior, this 1992 example is described as being in good condition. Fitted with Mercedes smooth automatic gearbox, two registered former keepers and a full service history this car represents great value. The car has also recently had a HPI check which it passed with a clean bill of health. Supplied with the car is a V5 document, a number of bills and receipts, Road Fund Licence valid until the end of October of this year and at the time of writing, a current MoT.
