Vintage, Classic & Collectors Motor Vehicles, BCA (22 April 2008)

From 1969, a long wheelbase version of the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow was available, giving an increase in rear legroom. Although this was not immediately obvious visually, the car could nevertheless be distinguished by the smaller rear window and later models generally sported an Everflex roof. First registered on 27th February 1974, this example of the rare LWB Silver Shadow is, in fact, badged as a Silver Wraith II and is smartly finished in metallic Silver Blue with Navy Blue Everflex roof and Dark Blue hide upholstery. The interior woodwork would seem to have been refurbished at some point and the car is generally of very smart appearance. The vendor assures us that it drives well and it is offered for sale with much documentation including V5 and V5C registration documents, a number of previous MOT certificates and extensive service history including the original vehicle warranty etc. A current MOT certificate is also provided, this being valid until 8th October 2008.
