Overview
1904 - 1905
This car, also called the Shave-Morse, was a steamer designed by George J. Shave, formerly works manager of the Locomobile Co. of Great Britain, and Irving J. Morse. It had a 4-cylinder vertical single-acting engine under the bonnet, and a flash boiler at the rear. Final drive was by double chains. Two models were offered, of 8 1/2 and 20hp, but very few were delivered. This company was better known for its steam trucks, which were made up to 1912.
