Overview

Gilberto Colombo attempted to earn his living by building small sports cars but this was not easy to do.  Most of his parts were purchased from Fiat but because he wanted his cars to compete in the 750 cc class, he used Giannini brothers engines.  These smaller engined cars were built from 1948-1952 and then subsequently Combo built his cars with larger Fiat, Alfa Romeo, or Lancia engines.
