The Lester was fairly unusual among cyclcars in having only a single seat set in a very narrow body, although a staggered 2-seater was said to be available. It was powered by an 8hp J.A.P. or Precision V-twin air-cooled engine, with friction transmission and final drive by rubber belts. It had an exceptionally long wheelbase, with the dummy vee-radiator set well back from the front axle, and the rear of the body ahead of the rear axle.
