Triumph Dolomite 1500/1500HL

Overview
Produced: 1976-1980, 43255 produced.
Types: Saloon,4 doors,4 seats

The mainstay models of the new Dolomite range were the 1500 and 1500HL. The 1500 shared the same 4 door bodyshell with the base Dolomite 1300 model which retained the old Toledo single headlamp front. The 1500HL had much better trim and equipment and used the same twin headlamp front styling of the Dolomite 1850 and Sprint models.

As with all Dolomite derivatives the 1500 and 1500HL used a conventional rear drive layout and both models enjoyed lively performance from their 1493cc four cylinder engines
