Jaguar unveiled the stunning XK8 sports car at the Geneva Motor Show on Tuesday 5th March 1996. It replaced the XJ-S the best selling sports car of all time. It went on sale in October of that year.
The style of the XK8 embodied the unique Jaguar signature making it instantly recognisable to discerning car enthusiasts world wide. The elegant and powerfull lines of the XK8 evoke the great Jaguar sports car legends of the past - the XK120, the C,D & E-Type and the XJ220.
