Buyer's checklist MGF/TF (1995-2005) - MGF prices start at £500, but for that you'll be getting a laid-up project with no MoT - a similar condition TF should be about £999.  A strong example of wither car with a long MoT and decent service history will be the £2500-3500 range, while the sought after Trophy models will set you back about £5k.
