The ZIM was a luxury sedan that bore a strong resemblance to the Cadillac of the late 1940's. It seated six in comfort and was powered by a 94HP six cylinder enine that attained a speed of 80mph. Transmission was by a fluid drive coupling with a single dry plate clutch and a three speed gearbox. The ZIM was developed by the Andrei Lipgart design team, who also developed the Pobieda car. ZIM's were built as ambulances and touring cars and some were exported to Finland.
